1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings described below:

• "Kasem Ruam," "we," "us," "our" refers to the financial education organisation operating from 78 Tha Phae Road, Chang Moi, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.
• "Programme" or "Workshop" refers to any educational course, workshop, or session offered by Kasem Ruam, whether in-person or online.
• "Participant" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses our website, submits an enquiry, or enrols in a programme.
• "Content" refers to all written, visual, or digital material produced and provided by Kasem Ruam, including worksheets, slides, and programme guides.
• "Website" refers to all pages accessible at kasemren.live.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You agree to use our website and any programme materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. Services Described

Kasem Ruam offers structured financial education programmes for adults aged 40 and above, currently including:

• Savings Goal Setting Workshop (฿3,100) — a one-day group workshop on defining and planning personal financial targets.
• Mutual Fund Navigation Course (฿7,600) — a three-evening practical course on understanding Thai mutual funds.
• Holistic Wealth Preservation Programme (฿13,900) — a six-session programme covering asset protection strategies.

Programme availability, schedules, and delivery format are subject to change. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes with reasonable advance notice.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from our team following your enquiry or registration. Submitting a contact form does not constitute a binding enrolment.

• Places in each programme are limited. Enrolment is offered on a first-confirmed basis.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration.
• Kasem Ruam reserves the right to decline any registration without obligation to state a reason.

5. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants in all sessions.
• Not record, photograph, or distribute any session content without prior written permission.
• Not use programme materials for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.
• Use the website in accordance with applicable Thai laws and not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with our systems.

Participants who do not observe these responsibilities may be asked to leave a programme without a refund, at the sole discretion of Kasem Ruam instructors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kasem Ruam website and within our programmes — including written materials, worksheets, slides, exercises, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Kasem Ruam or its licensed contributors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own private learning only. This licence does not permit sharing, reproduction, translation, or adaptation of any content without written consent.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used to improve our programmes. We will not attribute such contributions publicly without your permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment methods and instructions will be provided at the time of enrolment confirmation. Full payment is required before the start of any programme unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Cancellation by participant:

• More than 14 days before start — full refund, minus any bank transfer fees.
• 7–14 days before start — 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before start — no refund, but transfer to a future cohort may be arranged at our discretion.

Cancellation by Kasem Ruam: If we cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund or an offer to transfer to an alternative cohort.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

Our programmes are delivered in small groups to ensure quality. The following apply across all offerings:

• Programmes are educational in nature. Participation does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to take any specific financial action.
• Completion of a programme does not award a formal accredited qualification unless explicitly stated.
• Session schedules are provided in advance. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged to receive the full benefit; missed sessions cannot be individually refunded.
• Kasem Ruam reserves the right to adjust session content, format, or delivery method where this serves the quality of the learning experience.

9. Disclaimers

Kasem Ruam provides educational content based on general financial principles and publicly available information. Nothing presented in our programmes or on our website should be understood as:

• Personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• A prediction or assurance of any particular financial outcome.
• An endorsement of any specific financial product, fund, or institution.

All investment decisions carry risk. We strongly encourage participants to consult a licensed financial adviser before making significant financial decisions based on any educational content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kasem Ruam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a programme or your reliance on any content provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific programme shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that programme.

11. Termination

Kasem Ruam may suspend or terminate a participant's access to a programme or our website if these Terms are breached. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your participation in our programmes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.

If a resolution is not reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Kasem Ruam in relation to our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms take effect from the "Effective Date" shown at the top. We will provide notice of material changes via our website or by email to enrolled participants. Continued participation following an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
